A: We do not supply frames for two reasons:We ship gobelins all over the world. Frames add extra costs that would have to be passed to the purchaser. Our experience shows that our customers prefer to choose their own frame design at the local frameshop. Q: How do you ship and how much does it cost?
A: Shipping is FREE. We only ship using DHL and UPS. Customer can track order via their website. As soon as your gobelin has left our office we will email you to advise your tracking number so that you can check the delivery progress of your order on-line.Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Your gobelin will be dispatched within 7 business days. There are three documents, which must be obtained : A Bulgarian National Art Gallery Certificate, An Ownership Proof Certificate from the police and the Customs Valuation Certificate. That's why we do not ship your order immediately. DHL and UPS promise 3-4 day delivery worldwide !!!Q: What about shipping insurance?
